4. 60-Day Return Policy

We provide a 60-day return window from the date you receive your order.
  • Items for return must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags intact and free of stains or damage.
  • Returns caused by personal preference are eligible within the 60-day period.
  • Damaged or defective goods received on arrival qualify for free exchange or full refund.
  • Custom clearance fees for international returns shall be borne by the buyer unless the item has factory defects.

5. Payment

We accept mainstream online payment methods. All payments are processed securely. Orders will not be shipped until full payment is confirmed. Prices shown on the website are final and include no extra tax unless marked separately.

6. Pricing & Promotions

All product prices are subject to change without notice. Sale-labeled knitwear items cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated on the product page. Popular featured knit products follow the same pricing and return rules as regular goods.

7. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for free before it is shipped. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will need to submit a return request after receiving the package under our 60-day return rule.

8. Liability Limitation

We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by logistics companies, customs inspection or force majeure events. Our maximum compensation shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order.
